The Best of Architectural Art Pieces in the World

I was browsing the internet for good holiday locations when I came across Villas in lanzarote, a place filled with architectural master pieces. A few architecture enthusiasts have even likened the field to art; someone recently commented that an architectural masterpiece is a work of art. I cannot help but to agree with the above statement when I think of or remember some designs that I have either seen with my eyes or seen on television or the internet. I will be going through some architectural designs that I consider to be works of art as well. They are numerous and only a few will be mentioned. The list is also not necessarily in order of how good these works of architecture are.

The first on my list are the pyramids in Egypt up in North Africa. The Egyptian pyramids represent ancient architecture and their uniqueness has turned them into exceptional work of art. Egypt attracts many tourists from around the globe all because of its pyramids built for the royal families of the ancient times. Back to the modern set up, another piece of art in form of a building is the Burj al Arab in Dubai. I seriously hope that I can afford one or two nights here very soon. Wishful thinking aside, this is an architectural masterpiece that has continued to draw the attention of the rich from around the globe. There are many more of these great works of art but we will make do of one each from the present and ancient era.

Leeds is a vibrant city located in Yorkshire, north England. Its cosmopolitan feel and availability of jobs attracts many people to come to the city and build a home there. There is no dearth of job, right from management ones to hr recruitment software consultant positions. There are also world famous universities located in the city, thereby contributing to the general atmosphere in the city, and ensuring that there is a ready supply of students looking for rooms or houses on rent.

Keeping the good reputation of Leeds in mind, people are looking to invest in a second home there or even buy their first home in Leeds. For second home owners, as mentioned earlier, the large number of students studying at the universities in Leeds ensures that their house or room will be sought for rent sooner rather than later. Moreover, buying a house in Leeds is much cheaper than buying one in London.

Headingley, Woodhouse and Hyde Park are popular areas in Leeds for students, so buying a house there makes sense if you intend to rent it out to them. A great area for buying a modern home in Leeds is near the river, and many people wanting a modern lifestyle are buying properties there. However, despite modernisation, the Leeds city centre is one of the most popular and sought after areas to buy property.

When you have decided to buy property in Leeds, make sure that you contact the different estate agents in Leeds to get a more informed perspective about the house prices in the city. You can also compare the price difference of houses which are located in the same area of Leeds. Once you narrow down your search to two or three houses, make sure you visit them and see the neighbourhood as well. If everything is fine with the house and neighbourhood, go ahead and invest in it.
